You know those days where you just feel out of step? Well,
that was my day. I woke up feeling pain in every muscle that
I had forgotten I even had before I started this new
exercise routine on DVD with Jillian Michaels called 30 Day
Shred. On top of that, I also had a major headache which is
what actually woke me up at 5:00am.
