I am a blissfully happy 39 year old wife, mother, and student (with very curly hair) currently living in California.  My favorite time is time spent with my boys - my husband, son, and our dog - laughing, playing, talking, and just being together.  I also enjoy reading, writing, cooking, shopping, the beach, traveling, and generally having fun with life.  

This blog is my way of venting about the things that run through my head, happen in or around my life, and the fears and anxieties that plague me late at night.  As I approach the big 4-0, I find myself facing some new ideas and activities that may, or may not, have a place in my life.  Writing helps me to process how I really feel about these things, because while I might think something is great at the first run through, in truth I probably need to stop and think it through more clearly before I jump in with both feet - and get stuck!
