2009 Thu 19th Nov Thankful Thursday...
Here it is, Thursday again, and I am feeling very thankful for so many things this week! This week's list includes, but is not limited to, being thankful for:
- Hubby loving me SO much that he is willing to take me to see New Moon tomorrow...and sit through it with me (that is true love right there!)
- my son being a smart, independent, wise cracking, humorous, handsome, lovable, and talented kid whom I love beyond measure
- having the opportunity to spend the day with my aunt to celebrate her birthday with her earlier this week because we live close enough to each other to do so
- finding a hair stylist that knows what she is doing, and does it really well, on the first try
- the feel of the warm sand under my feet and between my toes when I walk and run on the beach, which I can do whenever because thankfully I live close to it
- my brother being close enough to hug this week, even if he is just visiting for a short time
- being almost done with my degree
- having the opportunity to work at something I enjoy
- living close enough to people I love so that we can share the holidays together...and see each other regularly just because
- getting to see my dad and spend a couple of days with him next week
- going on my first cruise with one of my favorite people of all time
- knowing my mom loves me, even if we don't see the world in the same way
- roller skating for fun and exercise with people I am so happy to spend time with
- living a life I enjoy and can be proud of
- most of all, my family and the love and time we share together
I hope that each of you are enjoying the beginning of this holiday season and have many wonderful reasons to be thankful!
